This application should not be submitted until you have met with the Montgomery County Office of Agriculture, had your business plan reviewed by them, and obtained your alcohol license(s) from the MD Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission.

Please attach copies of all alcohol licenses issued by the ATCC.
Note: An events journal is required with details including the event type, date, and number of attendees. Also, noise amplification must comply with Chapter 31B if you are providing amplified music.
Business Plan – Outline the agricultural production on the property, detail information about the sourcing of other ingredients, and provide a schedule for increasing the use of Montgomery County agricultural products. Include a site plan showing the layout of the property and parking.
